1. Birds are stupid why would you want to watch birds thats kind of silly...watch the cats instead. but you cant really do anything cats are animals there going to do what they want

2. Cats are feral animals... Kill them.... I am sure your county has a leash law as well....

3. Lock and load! Take the furry critters out!

4. Cats are very inquisitive creatures by nature, and even though they are fed properly, they will often hunt small animals such as rodents or birds and even lizards. Its in their nature, and sadly there is no stopping it.

Maybe you should try talking to the owners about the situation and see if they can help you come up with a solution. I know it wont be easy talking to them about it, but if you want the birds there... it is something you gotta do. Go over to them and take a gift like cookies or something or a cake, or even invite them over for tea, coffee, or a drink for that matter and be friendly. Once you get this right, try talking to them about the issue and calmly explain what is going on. Im sure they will understand. Cats are roaming animals, and will often leave their owners houses and roam the streets.

Maybe they can help you work on a solution to the problem, or only let their kitties out at night or at a certain time of day.

Alternatively, you could go get some catnip and sprinkle it somewhere far from the birds. It will attract the cats to that specific place for a while. They love catnip. But i would suggest talking to the owners about it. Its the most rational solution.

Dont kill the cats... It would be cruel. How would you like to be killed just because you cant control the fact that its in your nature to eat your favorite food?

Hope this helps, good luck! =]
