I'm looking for a bird watching place in Bucks?

I'm not really sure what it's called, but I'm looking for a place where I can take my mum, for mothers day, to look at birds and learn about birds and things. Almost like a zoo, but for birds. It has to be in or near Bucks (would possibly be able to get to London via the tube).

Any ideas on where to go would be really helpful, thank you :)
